Britain's lost routes

 We were very excited to work alongside Griff Rhys Jones in one of his television programmes for BBC1. Dave worked closely with Griff, as his expedition leader and navigator, as they travelled the pilgrim route from St Winifreds in Holywell , Flintshire, to St Davids in South West Wales. Dave was helping uncover Britain's Lost Routes with Griff for eleven days. He retraced the steps of thousands of pilgrims using an ancient map, produced in the 1600's by John Ogilby. Enjoy the epic adventure on BBC 1 repeated several times and on the iplayer.

 If you enjoyed the programme and would like to discover the route for yourself we are designing tailor made packages, which include the highlights shown on the programme. The packages vary from one day in the hills, exploring the past, to over a week, travelling in different directions along the route. Our packages include various hill days and road days, in our 9 seater Land Rover, so are suitable for all ages and abilites.  It took many years to decifer and collect the information used on the programme and we are very proud to have direct access and experience with Griff and his team of professionals.
